Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (A Master’s Degree, HR certification, or relevant postgraduate degree is a distinct advantage).
- Experience: 4+ years of progressive HR experience. Experience within the financial sector is highly preferable.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare comprehensive HR-related reports for management review.
2. Call Center Officer
