ECMA Registers Meba Microfinance Institute’s 543,882 Shares
Meba Microfinance Institute S.C.’s registration statement, which registered 543,882 shares in total, has been accepted by the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA).
Approved on August 7, 2026, the registration includes 200,000 additional shares authorized for offering to current shareholders as well as 343,882 shares previously held by shareholders.
In accordance with Articles 4 and 29 of the Public Offer and Trading of Securities Directive No. 1030/2024 and Article 75 of the Capital Market Proclamation No. 1248/2021, the registration was completed.
ECMA stated that the notice is not an endorsement, an offer to sell, or a solicitation to purchase the securities; rather, it is merely meant to educate the public about the registration.
